“Bình An Trong Chúa Giê-su”  là quyển sách kể lại những biến cố thăng trầm trong cuộc sống gia đình và cá nhân  tác giả.

Cuộc đời của mỗi  con người đều có những khúc quanh buồn vui trôi theo ngày tháng, giống như những chiếc lá mùa thu rơi thoáng qua rồi phai tàn theo thời gian. Tuy nhiên, có những bước ngoặt trong cuộc sống xem như là một biến cố, rồi nó trở nên kỷ niệm của cả đời người. Nó không phai tàn, nhưng cứ nằm mãi trong tiềm thức, trong ký ức của tôi để chờ khi có cơ hội bộc lộ cho mọi người trên thế giới đều biết.

Nào là chuyện vượt biên; chuyện đau thương bệnh tật của hai con; cuộc sống hiện thực; chuyện tương lai v.v…

Thời gian thấm thoát trôi nhanh, mới hôm nào đây mà nay gia đình chúng tôi đã định cư trên đất Mỹ đúng 25 năm rồi (1/4 thế kỷ). Có ai ngờ thời gian trôi nhanh đến thế! Tóc tôi nay đã hoa râm, con cháu đầy đàn. Tôi nằm quay lại cuốn phim thời thơ ấu, vượt biên và đời sống hiện tại của mình và hướng phục vụ Chúa mà lòng hằng tạ ơn Chúa không thôi. Có phải đây là một huyền nhiệm mà Chúa đã dành cho gia đình tôi? Vâng! Đây quả thật là một phép lạ mà Chúa đã làm! Khởi điểm của cuộc hành trình đời tôi khi bắt đầu định cư trên “tân thế giới” thật in đậm sự bình an trong Cứu Chúa Giê-su yêu dấu hơn bao giờ hết. “Peace in Jesus” is a book  which recounting  up and down of family life and individual author.
The life of everybody is  turning points with sadness and happiness day after day. That looks like Autumn leaves fall down going after time.   However, there are the turning points in life become memorable  memories. They do not fade but live forever. Those were the dangerous voyage, story of  painful illness of two children, difficult life in the USA…

How time flies! My family has lived in the USA for 25 years – ¼ of century.  I now have gray hair with many children. I recall my childhood with stories such as crossing the border, first days in new land… I always thank God for what  happened in my life.  Is this a mystery that God has planned for my family? Yes! This is indeed a mysterious miracle that God has done!

The beginning of my journey until new life has started in  “new world”, we have experienced  peace in Christ Jesus. Peace of mind is a enough  and sufficient condition in Christ Jesus. But how can you have this  peace? Inviting readers  follow me into the story.

Dear readers!

I ran to Jesus to find  source of true peace. Because God is the giver the peace to the soul, as a hymn  “My Peace”

I believe that this hymn, the author took the idea from the Bible verse in John 14:27, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” When I heard this hymn, every word of each sentence literally touch my heart. I felt  new power. I look like a dry tree in the desert, someone watered on it.   The tree wasn’t limp, it became green, full of  vitality although living the sweltering desert. How strange! Wonderful! The waterer  is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Word of God says: “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:13). Discovering happiness and peace in life, we should look for the Lord until meet Him. We must not look for Him carelessly,   but have to look for Him intensely, carefully with all your heart, you surely will meet Him. When you meet Him, you will be relaxed. All the bitterness in life will vanish. All sorrow and anxiety will go away. Our heart will be changed. The Lord  adjust our way and we will receive true peace as His Word promises in the Bible, “ Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
